Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before Twenty One (21) calendar days of your check in date will result in a $100.00 CANCELLATION FEE. This Cancellation Fee will be subtracted from the initial payment.
A cancellation within twenty-one (21) calendar days (or less) before your Check-In date,  Will result in a  charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment (  NO REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT)
There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for reservations on Holiday Dates which includes Spring Break.  No Refunds if: "the weather not cooperating",  "tequila is to strong", "ocean water is to cold" or " to warm"...  or any other reasons.

Deposit

Deposit is $150.00, IT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AFTER CONDO INSPECTION: NO DAMAGE MADE TO THE APARTMENT,  FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES, NO MISSING  ITEMS, LEFT IN CLEAN CONDITION.
